We are seeking an experienced Recoveries Specialist to join a supportive insurance team.

This role is ideal for someone with insurance recoveries or collections experience who enjoys negotiation, problem-solving and achieving positive outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing recoveries from third-party insurers and liable parties, negotiating payment arrangements, working closely with claims teams, and ensuring outstanding debts are resolved efficiently.

About You:

• 3+ years’ experience in insurance recoveries, collections or a related role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Confident managing stakeholders and resolving disputes
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and drive results
