About the Role

• Manage end-to-end IP/TPD claims from lodgment to final decision
• Assess eligibility, review medical and financial info, and communicate clear outcomes
• Work within structured governance frameworks with technical, rehab, and leadership support
• Contribute to process improvement projects and support junior team members

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Life Insurance claims, specifically IP and/or TPD - essential
• Experience with delegated authority decision-making
• Strong written reasoning, sound judgment and governance awareness
• Stakeholder skills, steady pace and professionalism
