We’re currently recruiting experienced Claims Technicians/Handlers to support a high-volume claims team responding to recent weather events across New Zealand.

You'll be involved in triaging property claims, contacting insured parties and third-party providers and managing all aspects of the claims settlement process.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully during a critical time—so we need individuals who can hit the ground running.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous property claims handling experience is essential (domestic and/or commercial)
• Immediate availability and able to commit to a 3–6 month assignment
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Sharp attention to detail and a proactive team player
• Comfortable learning new systems quickly
• Must have valid working rights in New Zealand
