Recoveries Officer

Our client is looking for a Recoveries Specialist to join its team. This role would suit someone from insurance recoveries or credit control who likes solving problems and getting the right outcome. 

You’ll recover money from third-party insurers and liable parties, agree payment arrangements, work alongside the claims team and make sure outstanding debts get resolved.

About You:  
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A persuasive communicator who can reach agreement in tough conversations
  • Confident managing stakeholders and resolving disputes
  • Highly organised and accurate with the detail
  • Comfortable working independently and pushing for results
