We’re seeking an experienced Senior Broking Claims Handler to own the claims function, manage all claims from day one and shape processes and a future claims team. Join a supportive, collaborative Albany-based team and make this role your own as the business grows.
What we’re looking for: - Experience – 5+ years in a broking claims - Property, Motor and Liability claims is essential.
- Technical expertise – confident handling complex claims, interpreting policies and managing all aspects of claims from lodgment to settlement.
- Client focus – comfortable dealing directly with brokers and clients, building strong relationships and guiding them through the claims process.
- Leadership potential – someone who wants to ingrain themselves in the business, stay long-term and eventually grow a claims team as the brokerage continues its expansion.
