This is a standout opportunity suited to a high-performing relationship broker who enjoys building from the ground up and wants meaningful influence over their market.

The Opportunity

You will take the lead in developing the Christchurch portfolio, driving new business growth while being supported by an established national business model. Alongside building your own book, you will mentor and develop an existing Broker Support team member into a future Junior Broker- creating a sustainable local structure.

• Proven senior insurance broking experience
• Strong tenure and reputation within the Christchurch market
• Demonstrated new business capability

• Confidence to build from a relatively low base
