We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Adviser Support professional to join a fast-paced brokerage. This role plays a key part in supporting Financial Advisers and delivering a professional, efficient, and positive experience for clients.
Working closely with advisers and the administration team, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and client service support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
- Confirm client appointments and assist with annual reviews
- Manage advisers’ diaries and coordinate meetings and events
- Prepare and distribute client documentation, reports, and meeting packs
- Liaise with product providers and maintain accurate CRM records
- Ensure AML/CFT documentation is obtained, verified, and compliant
- Support general office tasks including travel bookings, seminars, and catering
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Team-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience in financial or professional services (highly regarded)
