Forget everything you think you know about Broker Support.

This is not a role where you'll spend your days processing renewals, issuing documents, and sitting behind the scenes waiting for instructions.  Instead, you'll join a high-performing corporate insurance team, helping design and deliver bespoke insurance programs that genuinely protect and support their clients operations.  You'll be encouraged to understand the "why" behind every recommendation, rather than simply completing tasks.

You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of tailored insurance programs for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients by:

• Assisting with the preparation and placement of complex insurance programs
• Preparing reports, presentations, market submissions, and placement documentation
• Liaising directly with insurers and underwriters
• Supporting client servicing activities and renewal strategies
• Assisting with claims advocacy and client support
• Researching market options and helping develop creative insurance solutions

As your knowledge and capability develop, you'll be given increasing responsibility and exposure to clients, with a clear pathway toward a future Client Manager position.

About You:

You'll have previous insurance brokerage experience and be someone who enjoys thinking outside the box, and finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
