Are you ready to step away from the grind of high-volume broking and focus on building trusted client relationships and delivering genuine advice?

We’re partnering with a growing national brokerage that’s challenging the corporate mold. Instead of measuring success by growth and KPIs, their focus is on quality: managing a deliberately low-volume portfolio of well-established clients who value meaningful service.

Why this role?
  • Relationship-first portfolio – You’ll manage fewer than 100 clients, with a healthy $500k–$600k income book. These are solid, commercial accounts where your value is in proactive service and advice, not juggling hundreds of small renewals.
  • Less stress, more impact – The support team handles much of the admin, leaving you free to spend time out with clients, conducting risk reviews, and tailoring cover.
  • A down-to-earth culture – Professional but not corporate. The team values integrity, respect, and a good laugh.
  • Flexibility & balance – 2 WFH days per week, on-site parking, and the backing of a manager who trusts you to work independently.
  • Great support – The focus really is on top service, and your claims and broker support needs are looked after by specialized colleagues.
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years in insurance, ideally with commercial broking experience.
  • Strong technical skills, from preparing submissions through to presenting polished and professional advice.
  • Experience placing off-shore risks is a bonus and would make for a stand-out applicant.
  • The ability to manage your time effectively and focus on delivery – without needing to be micromanaged.
  • Above all, you’ll be someone who values integrity and genuine client care.
