We’re hiring for a Broker Support with a growing South Auckland brokerage known for genuine client care, a collaborative culture, and real career progression.

Who You Are

• 3+ years in direct insurance (claims, underwriting, or sales/service)
• Solid understanding of insurance basics (premiums, excesses, renewals)
• Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone
• Fast, accurate admin skills and attention to detail
• Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn

What You’ll Do

• Hands-on support for senior brokers
• Liaising with underwriters and clients
• Workflow management
• Learning on the job from a Senior Broker
• Studying and qualify as an Insurance Broker
