We’re looking for an experienced Broking Manager / Branch Leader to lead and grow a team of commercial insurance brokers in central Christchurch.

This is an  opportunity for someone who has reached a senior level in their broking career and is looking for the opportunity to lead, build a high-performing branch and have key influence over its future direction.

About the role
As Branch Manager you’ll take ownership of the Christchurch operation and lead a team of experienced commercial brokers. We’re looking for someone who can bring leadership, commercial broking expertise and a proven ability to develop people.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the culture, grow the team and play a key role in the continued success of the Christchurch branch.

About you
We’re looking for an experienced Broking Manager, Branch Manager or Senior Commercial Broker who is ready to take the next step.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven commercial insurance and broking experience
• Previous experience leading or managing a team
• Strong leadership and people-development skills
• A high level of commercial credibility in the market
• The confidence and autonomy to run a branch
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something
• Ability to build long-term relationships
