An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Broker Support to join a growing South Auckland brokerage offering clear progression into Commercial Broking.

This role suits someone already working in commercial insurance who wants increased exposure, responsibility, and a defined development pathway without corporate politics.

About You

• Commercial broker support, underwriting, or commercial claims experience
• Level 5 qualification (completed)
• Strong understanding of renewals, premiums, endorsements, and excesses
• Confident communicator with insurers and clients
• Fast, accurate admin skills and strong attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Adaptable and eager to learn

The Role

• Support senior brokers across commercial placements and renewals
• Liaise with underwriters, insurers, and clients
• Manage workflows, documentation, and policy administration
• Exposure to complex commercial risks
• Learn directly from experienced Commercial Brokers
