We are recruiting on behalf of one of New Zealand’s top brokerages for a Commercial Broker Support to join their Auckland team, and work directly alongside one of the top brokers in the business, supporting a commercial portfolio of mid-market and SME clients.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who can work as your broker's complete off-sider, not just a processor.

• Commercial Broker Support experience within New Zealand
• Strong system capability (eGlobal experience highly regarded)
• Able to speak with clients and manage workload independently
• High attention to detail
• Proactive and self-sufficient
• Clear understanding of career direction (whether progressing toward broking or building depth in support)
