You'll be supporting a Senior Broker with a mixed portfolio (commercial and domestic), gaining practical commercial exposure while continuing to use your domestic expertise from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting a Senior Broker with renewals, endorsements, new business quotes
• Preparing and processing policies for both domestic and commercial clients
• Working directly with insurers to source terms and formulate premiums
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality customer service
• Playing a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in a broker support or underwriting role – domestic background highly regarded
• Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, numerical confidence, and an eagerness to learn
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a growth mindset
• A commitment to building a long-term career in broking
