An established and expanding financial services brokerage is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their Auckland-based team. This opportunity is suited to a proven adviser who is confident delivering insurance and investment advice and is looking for long-term career progression, including a pathway into future leadership.

The Opportunity:

This role offers access to strong internal support, compliance, and systems, allowing advisers to focus on client relationships and advice delivery. The business is well positioned for growth, with clear succession and leadership opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant insurance and investment advice to an existing and growing client base
• Conduct client meetings, reviews, and ongoing advice servicing
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ensure all advice meets regulatory and documentation requirements
• Contribute to the development of the adviser team, including mentoring junior advisers as the business grows

About You:

• Fully qualified Financial Adviser with current FMA registration
• Demonstrated experience providing insurance and/or investment advice
• Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of professionalism and compliance awareness
• Ambition to progress into a lead adviser or leadership role
