Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
  • Advising new and existing clients on insurance, investments, or mortgage solutions (depending on your specialty)
  • Following up on high-quality leads and converting them into long-term clients
  • Building and maintaining your clientele 
  • Participating in roadshows, webinars, and community events to grow brand awareness
  • Mentoring junior team members or building your own team (if desired)
  • Staying up to date with compliance and industry standards
What You’ll Bring:
  • Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services 
  • Proven experience as a Financial Adviser in New Zealand
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation and a desire to grow both personally and professionally
  • A collaborative mindset
