The Role We’re looking for a motivated Insurance and KiwiSaver Adviser to help new and existing clients protect what matters most and plan for their future.
This role offers a base salary + commission structure, ensuring a stable income with strong earning potential. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, and if you’re based outside of Auckland, we’re open to a fully remote arrangement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compliant financial advice across insurance and KiwiSaver
• Manage new and existing client relationships
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions that fit
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and meet FAP licensing obligations
• Collaborate with our small team to improve systems and client experience

About You You’ll be someone who is:

• NZ-qualified as a financial adviser 
• Experienced in insurance and/or KiwiSaver advice (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Client-focused, ethical, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or semi-remote environment
• Tech-savvy and confident using CRM and digital tools for virtual meetings
