Due to an internal move, our client is seeking a Broking Manager to join their Wellington branch, leading a team of Brokers and Broker Associates within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.  This role will see you coaching, mentoring and driving team performance, while also playing a key role in client relationship management, business growth and overall branch strategy. 

To be successful, you’ll bring proven leadership experience within the insurance market, strong commercial acumen and the ability to confidently manage complex client relationships while supporting business development activity.  You’ll be a natural communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys motivating high-performing teams.
