We are working with a well-established, full-service insurance brokerage with a strong national presence, who are now on the lookout for an experienced insurance leader to drive forward a key office in Hamilton.

This is a unique leadership opportunity where you will have the autonomy to shape the direction, culture and performance of the branch. The team is established, capable, and fully supportive of strong leadership coming in to drive the culture, build consistency, and support their growth.

The Opportunity
You will step into a branch to have a long-standing presence in central Hamilton and is now ready for it's next stage, with a new structure, direction, and momentum.

This role offers the chance to:

• Lead and develop an established team of commercial and domestic brokers
• Build culture, accountability, and performance standards
• Drive new business and retention outcomes
• Manage your own commercial client portfolio
• Work closely with senior leadership

About You
We are looking for a senior insurance broker ready to step into, or already operating in, a leadership role. You will bring:

• Strong technical insurance broking experience
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of brokers
• Confidence managing high-value clients
• A strong sales and commercial mindset
• The ability to coach, mentor, and lift performance
• A hands-on leadership style with presence in the office
• The ability to balance empathy with accountability

This role would suit someone currently managing a small team and ready for broader ownership and impact.
