About the Role: Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering personalised, face-to-face advice for more complex needs. You’ll be a trusted adviser in your territory—building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing practical risk solutions.
What You’ll Do: - Grow and manage a portfolio of high-value clients
- Achieve sales and growth targets
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver tailored advice
- Prepare high-quality Statements of Advice (SOAs)
- Network at rural events and build referral partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
What You’ll Bring: - Experience in financial advice, insurance, or similar
- Strong sales skills with a client-first approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications: - NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)
- Knowledge of Life & Health insurance and relevant legislation
- Experience with CRM/tools (Xplan preferred)
