Are you a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping clients make confident financial decisions? Step into a dynamic, mobile advisory role supporting high-value clients with tailored Life & Health insurance solutions.

About the Role:
Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering personalised, face-to-face advice for more complex needs. You’ll be a trusted adviser in your territory—building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing practical risk solutions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of high-value clients
  • Achieve sales and growth targets
  • Build long-term client relationships and deliver tailored advice
  • Prepare high-quality Statements of Advice (SOAs)
  • Network at rural events and build referral partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience in financial advice, insurance, or similar
  • Strong sales skills with a client-first approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
  • NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) 
  • Knowledge of Life & Health insurance and relevant legislation
  • Experience with CRM/tools (Xplan preferred)
