• Manage and nurture an established client base
• Grow your portfolio with a target of 40% new business
• Receive weekly qualified leads to support your pipeline growth
• Build and maintain exceptional client relationships
• Attend ongoing training, sales meetings, and industry conferences
• Work alongside experienced advisers in a collaborative team environment
• Be fully supported by dedicated admin staff to assist with processing and compliance

�� About You To be considered, you must have:

• Level 5 Qualification completed with the Residential Mortgage strand
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
