What we’re looking for
  • Experience in insurance call centre, customer service, or sales (insurance experience is a must)
  • A basic understanding of insurance products and processes is ideal
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Drive to build a long-term career in insurance and financial services
