We’re partnering with a fast-growing, and award-winning commercial brokerage in Mount Maunganui that is looking for a Senior Commercial Broker to join their group and help shape the next stage of the business.

We're looking for a top-calibre broker ideally with 5+ years’ experience who wants autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work with a genuinely high-value client base.

The Opportunity
This role can be shaped around your strengths. We are open to:

• A hunter / New Business Broker who thrives on growth and is motivated by strong new business commissions, or
• A Commercial Broker who enjoys managing an established book, handling new business opportunities, and working closely with senior leadership on complex clients
