What they’re looking for

• 5 years+ experience in Disability/IP Insurance underwriting
• Financial and medical underwriting skills
• Current delegated authorities across relevant product lines
• A strong track record of quality underwriting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence dealing with advisors and other stakeholders
• Someone who enjoys the technical side of underwriting but also wants to be part of a collaborative team
