An established and highly regarded investment management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Adviser to join its growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established client base skewed toward medium to high net worth individuals, while also actively building your own pipeline. You will deliver tailored, goals-based investment advice that empowers clients to feel confident, informed, and in control of their financial future.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded adviser who thrives on relationship management, business development, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

The Role You will:

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients
• Deliver high-quality, goals-based investment advice
• Conduct regular client reviews and progress meetings
• Proactively identify opportunities for portfolio growth and retention
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networks and seminars
• Manage your sales pipeline to maximise conversion
• Complete compliant Statements of Advice and maintain accurate client records
• Maintain CPD requirements and regulatory standards
• Act as a role model and mentor within the wider advice team

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Financial Adviser status
• Graduate Diploma in Personal Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• CFP designation (or working toward completion) preferred
• Strong knowledge of investment markets and financial advice regulation
• Proven ability to convert leads and build long-term client relationships
• High levels of professionalism, empathy, and communication skills
• A strong business development mindset
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes
