About the Role
We are seeking motivated and client-focused Mortgage Advisers to join our client’s expanding team across Auckland and Hamilton. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong client relationships, provide tailored lending solutions, and support clients in achieving their property goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and lending advice tailored to individual client needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners
• Manage the end-to-end loan application process
• Stay up to date with lender policies, market trends, and compliance requirements
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead management

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mortgage advising, banking, or financial services preferred
• Strong understanding of home loan products and lending criteria
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Relevant NZ qualifications and/or FSP registration (or willingness to obtain)
