We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven
Wealth Adviser to join a growing team, delivering high-quality, goals-based financial advice while building long-term, trusted client relationships.
About the Role:
As a Wealth Adviser, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through tailored investment advice. You will manage an existing client portfolio while actively developing new business opportunities.
Acting as the bridge between investment expertise and client outcomes, you will provide ongoing advice, build strong relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the wealth management business.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Advice & Relationship Management - Provide personalised, goals-based financial advice to prospective and existing clients
- Deliver regular client reviews, tracking progress against financial goals
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships
- Ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
Business Development - Proactively identify and convert new client opportunities
- Develop and execute an annual business plan to drive growth
- Generate referrals through existing networks and client base
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including seminars and events
Compliance & Best Practice - Deliver advice in line with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, products, and industry changes
- Support a strong culture of compliance and professionalism
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams including investments, client support, and compliance
- Contribute to a high-performing and collaborative team environment
What You’ll Bring Qualifications & Professional Development - Current Financial Adviser status (Level 5 qualified or equivalent)
- Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (preferred)
- CFP designation (or working towards)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Experience & Skills - Proven experience providing investment advice to clients
- Strong ability to build trust and influence client decisions
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into long-term clients
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investments, and regulatory frameworks

- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Strong client-first mindset with a passion for delivering great outcomes
