Are you an experienced Commercial Broker ready to take ownership of an established portfolio?

This is an opportunity to step into an established portfolio, work fully remotely from Palmerston North, and play a key role in growing a national brokerage’s presence across the lower North Island.

The Opportunity
This role has been newly created and with steady growth and strong backing from a national network, the company is now looking for a driven Commercial Broker to take charge of a commercial portfolio with administrative support behind you.

You’ll report directly to a well known Director and work closely with a local Broker Support. The book is well established and ready to run, perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy and wants to make the role their own.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage renewals, relationships, and day-to-day servicing of a diverse commercial portfolio
• Collaborate with colleagues across the network
• Help grow the Palmerston North client base as new acquisitions come online
• Represent the brand locally, building lasting client relationships

About You

• Experienced Commercial Broker confident working independently
• Excellent relationship management and servicing skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to take full ownership of your work
• Leadership potential or interest in guiding a small team as the region expands
