We’re working with an established insurance brokerage in Central Christchurch that has built a very collaborative culture. They’re now looking for an experienced Commercial Broker Support to join the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn one-on-one from a Senior Broker, take ownership of interesting risks and become a trusted part of the team.

Why this role is different
This isn’t a “just process the paperwork” support role.

You’ll be involved in the client comms, handling renewal processes, working ahead of deadlines, preparing presentations, liaising with insurers and taking ownership of key parts of the portfolio.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

What we're looking for

• Experienced in commercial insurance
• Highly organized and proactive
• Comfortable managing a high volume of work
• Strong technically (PI experience a huge bonus)
• A clear and confident communicator
• Naturally collaborative and willing to help others
