We’re partnering with an award winning commercial brokerage that’s on the lookout for a Commercial Broker as part of their planned growth.

This is an opportunity to step into a warm, relationship-driven broking role with strong referral pipelines and clear progression into more complex accounts over time.

Whether you’re a junior broker ready for a step up or an experienced broker looking for a cleaner structure and better earning potential, this role offers stability, growth, and autonomy within a brokerage with a national footprint.

The Role
You’ll manage a mixed commercial portfolio while continuing to grow your book through warm referrals and lead chasing — no cold calling required.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a $200k–$250k income portfolio
• Growing your book via trusted referral partners
• Handling renewals alongside ongoing new business activity
• Providing tailored advice across SME and commercial risks
• Work closely with your broker support
• Gradually move into more complex accounts as your experience grows

About You

• Previous experience in commercial insurance broking (preferred)
• Comfortable managing renewals and new business concurrently
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and commercially minded
• Keen to grow your career in a supportive but performance-focused environment

What’s on Offer

• Base salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)
