Our client is a national broking house entering a major phase of expansion, and they’re looking for a Commercial Broker who’s ready to step into something bigger.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, spanning industries such as property, construction, etc
• Build long-term client relationships by offering consistent, trusted advice and proactive service
• Provide customized insurance solutions that align with each client’s unique needs and risk profile
• Work closely with internal teams and offer support to junior brokers to ensure exceptional client outcomes and seamless service delivery

About You:

• At least 5 years of experience managing a commercial insurance portfolio
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and the local market
• Skilled communicator with the ability to build rapport, deliver insight, and lead client conversations with confidence
• Comfortable working with complex and specialized risks, including financial lines and complex trades
• A team player who enjoys mentoring and contributing to the professional growth of others
