Our client is seeking a Personal Lines Broker to join their friendly team based at one of their two Auckland locations (North Shore or East Auckland). You will be servicing a loyal portfolio of clients alongside an established and experienced team of domestic brokers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and servicing a Personal Lines portfolio, from renewals and endorsements to new business opportunities.
• Liaising with clients and underwriters over phone and email.
• Partnering with the claims team to support clients through the claims process.
• Delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance
• Level 5 qualification (a must-have).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.
