The Role You’ll step in as a senior support within the team, working closely with broking leadership while building the capability to transition into a junior broker role.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of commercial renewals
• Daily administration across SME and commercial accounts
• Direct client interaction and query resolution
• Supporting brokers on mid-market and commercial risks
• Mentoring and guiding junior support team members
• Structured training milestones leading to client ownership over time

This role is ideal for someone excelling in support and ready to progress into broking, not remain static.

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Broker Support
• Strong knowledge of SME and commercial insurance products
• Confident handling client queries independently
• Mature, positive, team-focused approach
• Comfortable in a relaxed, high-trust environment
• Clear ambition to move into a broker role within 12–24 months
