We are working with a major brokerage that is continuing to invest in its commercial capability and is looking for an experienced Senior Broker to join their team.

This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in commercial insurance broking, particularly those who have developed expertise working with large property risks (MDBI) and more complex commercial insurance programmes.

The Opportunity
You'll join an experienced team working with a range of commercial and corporate clients, supporting the development of insurance solutions and delivering strong outcomes across complex risks.

This role will provide exposure to:

• Large commercial property risks
• Complex commercial insurance arrangements
• Strong insurer relationships across the market
• Collaboration with experienced brokers and insurance professionals

About You
We are looking for an experienced Senior / Corporate Broker who has built a strong reputation in the New Zealand insurance market.

Ideally you will bring:

• 10-15 years' experience in commercial insurance broking
• Strong experience with property risks, especially Material Damage and Business Interruption
• Experience working with mid-market or corporate clients
• Strong insurer and market relationships
• Confidence managing complex client conversations and negotiations
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a wider team

You may currently be working as a Senior Commercial Broker, Corporate Broker, or similar role and be looking for an opportunity where you can continue to develop and work on larger, more interesting risks.
