We’re working with a well-established brokerage based in Albany who are looking for an experienced Commercial Broker Support to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on support role, working closely with a senior broker who values strong client relationships and quality advice.

The role
You’ll be supporting a broker with a well-established book and getting hands on involvement with varied work rather than just processing. This is a role for someone who can walk in, pick things up quickly, and support both the broker and their clients.

What we’re looking for

• Level 5 qualification (essential)
• Experience in broker support (domestic and/or commercial)
• Confidence working with Domestic policies & Commercial risks 
• Confidence managing premium calculations
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
