A rare opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Broker to join a well-established broking team on Auckland’s North Shore. This is a Senior Commercial Broker position within a branch undergoing strong cultural and growth-focused transformation.

• Manage an established, broad-based commercial portfolio across mixed industries
• Combine client management, technical expertise, and new business development
• Spend time client facing rather than in the stuck in the office
• Leverage strong internal systems, modern broking processes, and dedicated broker support
• Access new business channels through well-established partnerships

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ commercial insurance broking experience
• Strong technical understanding of general commercial lines
• Proven ability in relationship management and prospecting
• Confidence representing the business in partnership or community settings
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to support and guide others
• Suitable for either a seasoned Senior Broker or a strong broker ready to step up
